Appointments are booked for you at a time that is mutually agreed.

As I am sure you can appreciate, my time is my business. Late cancellations and no-shows really do affect my income. If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please give me at least 48 hours notice otherwise you will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the treatment cost. This will need to be paid in full before any further appointments can be booked.
